What we are building
Everything you type is understood. Almost nothing you say is.
Decades of software has been built on the things people type into boxes. The richest signal a person gives — what they actually say, out loud, to another human being — has been invisible to all of it. We think that is the largest unbuilt surface in software, and that it can only be built one way: with consent.
With consent
Nothing enters our systems unless the person it is about has agreed, and they can have it deleted. This is not a compliance footnote. It is the only foundation on which this category can be built at all, and it is what makes the result worth having.
Act
Understanding is not the product. What happens next is: the recap that writes itself, the follow-up that goes out, the introduction that gets made. Software that listens and does nothing has not helped anyone.

The first thing we have built on it, and the fastest way to see whether any of this is real: go and use it.
At events and venues, an exhibitor or host meets a visitor, the visitor agrees to be captured, and Raplo Capture does the rest — it transcribes the conversation, works out who this person is and what they wanted, writes the recap, and sends the follow-up. The exhibitor goes back to talking to people.
Events are where we started because the consent is unambiguous, the conversation is high-signal, and the follow-up is worth real money. It is one application of the technology, not the shape of the company.
